I wanted to send money through PayPal,but I typed in the email adress wrong by missing out one letter.The payment kept pending,so I cancelled it ,it showed that the refund is done,but the money hasn’t returned yet and PayPal isn’t answering me.What do I do?
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. How your money is refunded depends on how the payment was sent. You can read more about how refunds are credited here: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-is-a-refund-credited-faq1083, but basically card funded payments will be refunded back to the card – it may take your card issuer up to 30 days to post that though. Bank funded payments are ultimately returned to the bank, and PayPal balance payments are refunded to your balance.
