Wrong currency exchange

I was going for a payment which was $25.99, but at the payment area it was showing INR 1985.33 which is 27.69 i suppose. the conversion rate below was mentioned correctly but conversion was not done correctly. i doubt what it was? was it some hidden transactions charges ?
