is it possible to speak to a live person for assistance???

I made a $68 purchase and $143 was taken from my bank account.  There is a spot where I see it on the Paypal, but do not understand how/why. I need the correct amount resolved!

Hello dear , I have bought a product from ebay and the paypal charged money as well so ebay took my money which is normal because I bought the product from there and why paypal took my money and it is weird because my bank account is not linked to paypal account I really need refund because you charged me for no reason

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem link use it to report a biliing error if that is what it was?
