Wrong account balance

I sent money to a friend on the 10th and it's still showing it in my account. Does anyone know why it's doing this? Thanks!

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

It says “Money sent”...

then its successfully sent to the email address / paypal account you sent it to.

if the funds are still in your balance then has it come out of your bank account instead?

to come out of your balance you would need to mark it here........

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
