Wrong Visa card for refund

Hi I have a refund on the 21 September and it has been put into a disused visa account I have been trying to contact pay pal to put it into my curran visa  account  please can any body help me

If the transfer fails then it should bounce back to your paypal account balance.

Allow 30 days and if no show contact customer services for a trace.
