Wrong Account Number

Hi, I've input a wrong account number, instead the real account number i input the 16 digit number in front of my ATM card and I already process the fund transfer and waited for 8 days. Can someone help me how to refund the money. I know I made a mistake. Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent withdrawal. If it's been longer than 7 business days, I'd recommend reaching out to the bank to check the status of that withdrawal. If they're unable to assist, please reach out to our Customer Support over the phone to initiate a trace on the withdrawal.
