Woocommerce paypal paymant

Hi to everyone. From yesterday, users can't pay with paypal mode. After click "pay with paypal", I have a blank page with this message:

 

"Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

 

In knowledge I have found this (https://www.paypal-knowledge.com/infocenter/index?page=content&id=FAQ2067) but I don't know how to make this change in Woocommerce.

Are you using PayPal Standard that comes with WooCommerce, PayPal for WooCommerce, or some other plugin?

PayPal Standard. After Woocommerce ticket I found the problem in Postcode Shipping plugin. I'm working for Deactivate permanently the plugin.
