I'm sorry to hear that your card is not accepted. Are you trying to add the card or to use it as a funding source to make a payment? Firstly. I would recommend checking with your card issuer if your card has been enabled. Also, please check your Resolution Centre to make sure that there are no pending issues there. Otherwise, it may be that our system is preventing you from using the card for security reasons. In this case, we would not be able to manually change the security settings, but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
