Withdrawing My Refund

Hi guys.. I just got a refund from a certain service provider via paypal..Now the money is reflecting in the activity list and not on my account balance...I want to withdraw these funds..How do i do it??Paypal is showing me a message that i do nor have funds to withdraw yet!Where am i getting it wrong?Please help

How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.
