How can i reverse the money on a pending transaction which i did by withdrawing money to the bank.

You can't cancel a processing withdrawal unfortunately.

Was it equity bank only that and mpesa are the only options in Kenya.

So what am i going to do and the bank already told me that the transaction is not going to reflect if i did not use the self service portal?

If it fails to transfer then it should bounce back to your paypal account balance.

Allow 14 days and if no show contact customer services for a trace.
