I made a withdrawal from my PayPal account to my South African Discovery Bank account. The money hasn't arrived which then I phoned my bank. They advised that they do not accept withdrawals into Discovery Bank at the time, I need to link another bank account - FNB. I've managed to successfully link my PayPal account to FNB but now my money is not sitting with neither Discovery Bank nor PayPal. Will PayPal reverse the withdrawal if Discovery Bank denies the instruction or will the money be back in my PayPal account after a certain timeframe if they see that the money couldn't be transferred?
