Hi guys I have funds in my PayPal I would like to withdraw but the option has gone on app and webpage based site...I also can't list anything for sale on eBay as my PayPal email address can't be used..I have no holds on my account and no messages informing me of anything....can anyone help me please I have rang but it's out of office hours
