Will prior payments proceed if my account is limited?

Hi, I made a payment to a friend and a few minutes later, my account was limited. Will the payment still go through because it was before the account was limited (payment was accepted by the friend)?

Or will the payment be on hold till my account is no longer limited?

Has it gone through then? Is it marked as completed or payment on your paypal account or pending?

Hi, the payment says it is complete.
