On Friday, I received a refund. I understand that it takes 3-5 business days until it shows up on your debit card, but shows up on PP ASAP. My account became limited on Sunday. Will the limitations impact if I still get the refund or not on my card? I think if I received a refund after my account became limited it would have been different. Is this true?

I would think if the refund is already processed, marked completed and refunds usually go back to your payment method, the limitation ought not interfere with it, unless PayPal caught it in time and marked it pending. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on your card.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
