Seriously, everything else that I do through paypal is practically instantaneous, but when I make a Paypal credit payment, it takes about 24 hours to deduct the amount from my available balance, and it doesn't even process (actually deduct the amount from my Paypal Credit balance) until 2 or 3 days later. WTF?
