I placed some orders at PayPal Digital Gifts website, but all the orders are refunded.
I called the CS for help, and was told to place orders from the same device and location.
I tried but still got refunded, why??
Anyone encountered the same issue before?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
