EBay postage labels are being deducted from my backup credit card instead of my my PayPal balance as it has been since labels have been printed. It just started this week. I went into eBay and my settings are for labels, etc to be taken from my PayPal balance. Called PayPal, 15 minute phone call to explain issue, forwarded me to have problem taken care of. On Hold for over 20 minutes, disconnected, called back explained issue. They sent an email that had noting to do with my issue.
