Why is my PayPal balance gone??

Someone bought my item and I received the money. I left the money in my PayPal account in case the buyer decided to ask for a refund. As of last week there was almost $400 from the sale and now it is gone and there are no details in my account history that show why. Please help.

If you don't have a paypal cash or cash plus account was it auto withdrawn to your bank account?

If not then contact customer services.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
