Why i received an official mail saying your payment is waiting?

I recieved a mail saying that my payment is waiting and to recieve it i need to go to resoltion centre and fill the required details but there i cannot see aanything and all cases are 0 , it is showing zero transactions, help me i need that payment. How to talk to paypal india?

In India, you have to confirm your identity in order to receive payments.
