Why has my payment to Gamestop been being pending?

Hi there,

I ordered online at Gamestop some days ago but the payment has been being pending.

And it says "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when GameStop Corporation completes your order."

Then I went to the Gamestop for help but they could do nothing as they could not find any of my order info.

I wonder if they payment will finally be released to Gamestop, if so, when? Or what am I suggested to do?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
