Why do I need to add a bank account if I already have one on my account?

Hello, when I wish to pay an online purchase with PP I am being asked to add a bank account to my profile, even though I already have a confirmed bank account? Only thing I am able to do next is exit the PP payment and go back, so no purchase...anybody know how to resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear that you're prompted to add a bank to complete a payment. It sounds like the bank in your Wallet is declined as a payment method for that transaction. That can happen for a few reasons. You may want to contact customer service by phone for real-time troubleshooting and assistance. At the bottom of the PayPal website click Contact and then Call us and then log in for the number.
