I sent my room mate bill money on the 17th but just took the money out of my bank account on the 27th. Why did it take so long? I thought I had more money left over than I expected since I've gotten two paychecks in the time since sending the payment and was a couple dollars short of the $74 payment. Now I have an overdraft fee from my bank AND a negative paypal balance. Why did it take so long when usually it takes 1-3 business days to take my money?
