I have a monthly payment to to a US provider, charged in USD. Paypal is converting this to CAD and charging me accordingly. MY credit card is issued by a US institution so I am being hit twice with conversion fees. This makes no sense to me. I have tried to contact message centre but get told no-ne aval. What hours do they work>
