I placed an order on 2nd feb for £115, on 8th feb they contacted to say the item wasn’t in stock so they would refund in 10 days, still no refund, I have tried to open a dispute but it says I can’t as the payment is pending (almost as if this payment was never taken) however mid jan I had £733 put into my PayPal from a sale, I have added up every payment made and I am 100% £115 down, I mean I knew I had paid it anyway but thought I had best check, I have spoke to the company and they are basically saying the payment was never received 🤷🏻♀️ They have definitely received it, is there any way to get my money back?

If the payment is pending then they have not received it, as they cancelled your order they probably never accepted the payment and so it should time out 30 days post payment.
