Why can’t I make payments?

I’ve been on PayPal for a while and I haven’t had any problems until now. I was going to make a payment but I had to confirm my number, which I no longer had, so I changed it to my new one and also confirmed it, but when I tried making a payment (50$) it said something like “we can’t process the payment, try again or contact services” After trying and trying nothing worked, and moretime my money is blocked and I can’t send it to nobody. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to send your payment. If you are still having these issues please go to the Resolution centre on your PayPal account to see if there are currently any open issues or requests for information that may be disallowing payments to be sent.
