Why can’t I accept the payment from my merchant?

From my merchant while they tried sending me money, and it said “ You can’t send them money. Your recipient can’t accept the payments right now” which means I cannot accept the money. My country is Cambodia and my merchant’s country is USA. What is the problem with that?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
