Why can I use paypal at first day of making it ??

I can not use my paypal for the first day. Why is this happen? And I need to used it right now bc I need to buy something in a hurry

Have you confirmed the bank account with the 4 digit code?

Have you added a card?

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code?

Have you verified your email address?

Does your account name match the name and address on your bank account / cards?
