so I have a debit car linked to me account. My PayPal is verified. There’s literally nothing wrong with my account but when I try sending $60 to someone it won’t let me it just says “ You can’t send money right now It looks like there’s an issue with your account or email us so we can help” like what? What’s wrong idk what to do someone’s help thank you
