I am new to PayPal. I had money sent to me and when I tried to transfer it to my prepaid card it said it's pending for 24 hours well. It's been over 24 hours and it still isn't on my card and still says pending. Customer Service said they hold ALL first time transactions for 24 hours but my roommate saod hers was on there within 5 mins.... What can I do, if anything.....
