Why I can't send money to my friends?

I'm Nayan <removed> from Bangladesh.

This is my paypal business account. Today I'm trying to send money to my friend but not allowing paypal, but why?

I'm trying to send money so click send money option then input email then amount (10$) then continue but not working when I'm clicking continue.

I don't know what is the reason.

If you are in Bangladesh then why are you trying to use a Paypal account from Cyprus?

1. I am not a 'sir'.

2. You would have to open a paypal account in your own country HOWEVER Paypal is not available in Bangladesh at the moment so you can't have a paypal account you can use at the moment.

3. It should be coming next year to your country.
