Why I can't receive money from other person?

I didn't receive payment from other person. My client is living in spain, and he tried to send money. But in his display showing error message... receiver's cant receive money at this moment. I had already linked my bank with paypal...

Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that your client cannot send you money. Is the sender using the Goods and Services option? Personal payments are not permitted to or from India, and only Goods and Services payments would be able to be received. Additionally, you will have to complete some steps to be able to receive payments.
