Hello, I have registered today on PayPal and verified my debit card only to get error about preapproved payment being not enabled when I try to link my account to PlayStation Network. I also can't even send money to some other PayPal account or to pay via website with it, it says that I'm unable to pay with my linked MasterCard. I don't know where I made a mistake, so can someone help me to solve these problems? Thanks in advance.
