Hi guys, I’ve created a business PayPal account to receive and pay money. I verified my account with a credit card already. But I still can’t pay by PayPal balance.(There is enough money for making my payment) It shows I can not choose this payment method. I’ve sent many emails to customer service, but never received any reply.
