I have added my card in PayPal Account

Then I can't make payments?

Thank you for your reply

But I had confirmed my card at the beginning when I added

Even I made a payment in 2018 from my paypal account

After that I was only receiving payment in my paypal account

but Now when I tried to make payment it shows errors
