Who Cancelled a Recurring Payment

A customer initiated a recurring transaction on 7/31. The recurring was cancelled on 8/12. We are trying to determine how it was cancelled. Neither the customer nor I recall doing it. I can't see anywhere that indicates who (which login) cancelled the payment. There isn't a dispute. Just trying to figure out what happened.
Please help.
