Which account should I use?

I am a student working part-time and I need to receive my salary via PayPal.

When registering, I chose business account cause I thought personal accounts are only for buying and paying. But it requires a lot of business information that I don't have.

Can I receive money from a company via a personal account? And can I use the same email address I'm using now to register for a personal account?

Yes and yes ...........so.............

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
