I received an email from PayPal yesterday telling me a refund I have been waiting for was in my account, but when I go into my account there is a balance of zero. Not only this, but it seems virtually impossible to contact PayPal themselves. Why oh why could the vendor not refund the money to the card I paid with?? Aaaaaargh!!!!
