I recently cancelled an order with a seller. Five days passed without me recieving any refund so I contacted them to which they replied: SO the order was canceled on the 23rd. So when you place an order the system puts a hold on your card. Because we canceled out the order it took the hold off so that amount will just fall off as if it never happened. So you won't get a credit persay. Does anyone really know what this means? My card still hasn't been refunded. Thanks!
