Where's my money

I had a friend send $300 to me tonight. I have the invoice number. Email sent to confirm my account (from PayPal). Money still not showing. Called customer service. They claimed it was known issue and hung up on me twice when I requested a supervisor. 3rd call resulted in being hold for an hour and 15 minutes. The only response I got was have the person cancel the transaction and resend it. Not going to happen, and where is my money? Sounds very fraudulent to me!!

What does it say next to the transaction in the SENDERS PAYPAL ACCOUNT.


1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
