Where is the Fee page

I want to send a large transaction to a friend using my credit card.  The forum suggests that there will be a fee to do that because I am not using my Paypal account balance or my bank account.  It refers me to Paypal's Fee page for more information about the fee.  I cannot find the Fee page.
