Where is my stimulus check?!

Here it is November and I'm still getting the run around! PayPal is losing my business as well as everyone I know. This is out of control. I signed up for your damn direct deposit, it shows that it is enabled yet my stimulus had not been deposited!! What else needs to be done thieves?!
