Where is my refund?

Hello,

I bought an item via paypal, but returned it. The retailer has issued a refund to my acound 12 days ago, but the refund is not showing up in my paypal account or in my bank account. I have confirmed the retailer made the refund. I know they have a different email address registered with the retailer, however I have added this now to paypal.

Cant get through to help centre to find out where my refund it.

PLEASE HELP?
