Where is my refund

Hi I had bought something from depop but the person had refunded me the amount, the problem is I waited nearly 2 weeks for this refund for PayPal to finally say there’s money in the account to view it, if it’s not in the balance then to claim it. But I went onto my account both online and on the app and it’s says the payment is completed and was transferred to my bank account but my bank account doesn’t show the money and also checked statements too. Could someone please help out Thanks

If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
