Where is my money

Made a purchase on the 8th through Paypal with my bank account. Money was refunded to PayPal a few hours later and shows $00.00 in the Paypal account. The Bank shows the payment made but NOT the refund. Where is my money Paypal

Impossible to contact Paypal or message them. All attempts to contact PayPal fail.
