Where is my Money????????

I received a payment which cannot be found ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! Not in any report, not in my balance, it just VANISHED!!!!!!!!!!! 
What should i do???????????

BALANCE SHOULD BE 41.16 DOLLARS!!!!!!! I asked for a report last 3 days, NOTHING! I have a Dispute which i cannot pay because the dispute is 23.99! Please please please help me!!!!
