Where does my money go if it says it has returned to the card but i have a non reloadable visa card?

So i cancelled some orders from ali express and i got a refund from them, the thing is paypal says the refund is completed and is in my card, i have a non reloadable prepaid visa card.
Does the money go to paypal balance or is it gone?

Hi,

The charges are reversed back to the card therefore it is not same meaning as reloading. Please do not lose the card. It may take the card a week, up to 30 days to put the reversed funds back to the card so keep an eye on the account.
