Where can I find the Preapproved Payments her ein Paypal

I already go to Payment setting and I can see the Preaapproved Payments. I'm actually linking my Gcash to Paypal . 

as per instruction "To view the details, log in on the PayPal homepage, go to profile, and click preapproved Payment details page for G Xchange, inc:(Then there some codes)
