When will the refund arrive.

So I was sending money to a friend in the US from my debit card. Im new to paypal so after the friend didn't recieve the money I cancelled and tried sending again... And I think I did it 3 times before my account ran out of money. I cancelled all of them and now have 3 refunds saying they're complete. Im sure I didn't get the money. So how long could it take to get it back on my account. Pleaseexcusemystupidity

If you were able to cancel a payment it means the seller made a mistake with the email address on their auction and could not accept your payment.

Luckily you could cancel, so when you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will then either return them to your funding source (if you paid with a credit card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from your balance or bank), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
