I only recently made this PayPal account. When I tried to checkout earlier on a website it kept bugging me to add a card. I ended up just using card manual entry and didn't use PayPal. I had the same issue when trying to buy something off swappa, eventually had to check out as guest. Why would Checkout tell me I have no cards but they're in my account?
