When can I get the refund for a cancelled order?

I buy something at Game Stop US at Mar 15, but they cancelled my order on the morning of Mar 16. It has been three days. The status of that payment is still pending. I can't call the customer service of either Game Stop and PayPal. When and how can I get my money back?
